In their 2020 rematch, Tyson Fury defeated Deontay Wilder

Wilder revealed his new training program with a series videos that include more body punching and jabbing.

Holyfield, a boxing legend, returns to the ring on Saturday, aged 58, against Vitor Belfort. He fears that the Bronze Bomber might alter his tactics too much.

FightHype spoke to him: "The fact is that Deontay started boxing late in life."

"Many times, when someone starts boxing late in life, they only get one style.

"A lot of them don’t know how make many adjustments so I don’t know if he is doing this. He is one of my favorite fighters.

"Keep your focus on what you are good at, and slowly implement it. Maybe he can.

"There aren’t many things that you don’t want to change. You can add some, but only the things you need.

After only three years of practice, Wilder, 36, won bronze at the 2008 Olympics.

He fought 43 fights and had 41 knockouts as a professional before Tyson Fury (33) defeated him in their 2020 rematch.

Wilder suddenly decided to refresh his team after years of relying heavily on his power and an approach that was largely one-dimensional.

Scott has been employed as the lead trainer. Holyfield is hopeful that Wilder will not be 'thinking too hard' about his trilogy with Fury, which begins October 9.

He stated, "In all these aspects you work on being the best. Are they getting to the point that he can do these things as a natural thing?

What does Tyson Fury and Deontay Wester look like before the trio fight?

"The worst thing that you can do to a fighter is to let someone new in there and give him something new."

"They take it all at once you start thinking too. Boxing is a reactive sport.

"If you and I were boxing, you might not feel comfortable. But I'm comfortable enough about how far I can go to make you do something I can counter with a shot."
