Canelo, 32 years old, will be moving down to the super-middleweight weight division of 12 stone to defend his undisputed title.
He lost to Dmitry Bivol (light-heavyweight champion), 31 at the 12st 7lb limit.
The Mexican star is now trying to shed a few extra pounds.
Canelo seems to be having no problems in the gym, judging by his video.
The clip shows him rinsing his training gear. He leaves a puddle on the ground and fans are stunned.
One person said, "I've never seen anyone sweat so much."
Another comment was: "Was there rain?"
Canelo also wears a WBC sweatsuit, which aids in weight loss.

He weighed in at the same weight as Canelo in 2017, before losing their rematch one year later.

Yahoo Sports quoted him as saying: "Indeed it's a brand new weight division for myself and there are certain nuances, and we are making the appropriate adjustments.
"My main focus is on my experience and heavy training. It would make a huge difference to lose this weight. I am happy at 160.
"I will probably need to wear this weight-loss suit from time to time. For 168, it is possible that I won't."
