Paul, 24 had made a wager that he would forfeit $500,000 to Fury (22), if he lost.
However, he would win the contest and force his opponent to legally change their names to "Tommy Fumbles" for one year.
Fury, the brother of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson accepted the bet confidently and ordered a contract.
Warren, despite Paul's documentation, insisted that no such clause had been added.
On iFL TV, he said: "No, it's not in my contract. Let me tell you, Jake Paul is a great promoter.
"He is a great promoter, and he is fun. This could be a lot fun.
"These two will obviously get at each other. It's going be a fun promotion. There's no doubt about that."
Paul began with three knockouts over 'AnEsonGib,' an online rival, Nate Robinson, an ex-NBA star, and Ben Askren, a retired UFC welterweight, both 37.
In August, he won his largest win against former UFC champion Tyron Woodley (39), over eight rounds.
Fury, 22 beat Anthony Taylor, 32 to set up the megafight.
The Love Island 2019 star has come under a lot of pressure, especially from his family.
Warren joked that Tyson and dad John could both divorce Fury if Fury loses.
The reward for the unbeaten Brit has outweighed the risk, and they will be handsomely compensated for their efforts.
Warren stated: "Look, Tommy is getting a very good salary for his work."
"And you can't expect him to turn down anything like this. It's a lot of money.
"You know what?" You're getting paid well to handle the pressure for the money you get. That's the essence of it all.
