Paul, the son of heavyweight legend Hasim Sr, was scheduled to face Hasim this weekend at New York’s Madison Square Garden.

The entire Madison Square Garden pay per-view was canceled due to a weight dispute between the two.

Rahman, 31, has signed to fight at the 14st 4lb limit for 200lb, despite having lost 16 stone in his last fight in April.

The New York State Athletic Commission decided to monitor his weight, but later changed his fight weight to 205lb.

Paul spoke out to say Rahman had refused to change his mind and that he would not scale below 215lb. The MSG card was then canceled.

Rahman, however, denied the claims and staged a private weigh-in as a result.
