"He lets his idiots tell him what he should do" - Dillian Whyte believes that Anthony Joshua's problem is not with his coach but with himself.

DILLIAN WHYTE stated that Anthony Joshua's problem was with 'himself', and not his coaches. He also criticized his rival for allowing 'idiots to tell him what he should do'.

AJ has been the subject of speculation since September's defeat to Oleksandr Uzyk, when his tactics and corner team were questioned.

In defeat to Oleksandr Uzyk, Anthony Joshua

Eddie Hearn, the promoter of Joshua's visit to America, was forced to deny that Joshua had been there recently in order to replace Rob McCracken.

Whyte beat AJ in the amateurs 2009, but lost the rematch six years later as a professional. McCracken is not to blame.

Instead, he instructed Joshua to look closer at home.

TalkSPORT's Whyte stated that it is easier to ask the people around you than to question yourself when you lose.

"Robert McCracken, a great trainer, has done a lot for Carl Froch and the GB squad.

"But you look for excuses when you lose.

"Joshua is having a problem with himself. It's not with his coaches. It's with him.

"He allowed all these idiots to come around him and started telling him, "Ah, yeah. Do this and be like that."

He should have at least tried to steam Usyk after just a few rounds. He was just subdued after a 12-round beating.

Joshua, 32, is already requesting an immediate rematch against Usyk (34), after he was dethroned from the unified belts.

After being photographed with a number of US coaches, he fueled rumors that he might be looking to shake-up his team.

While it remains to be seen with whom AJ will align when his rematch against Usyk is scheduled for March, Whyte doesn't like his chances.

He replied, "I don't understand." He was stopped by Usyk in the final round. It was a bad decision by the referee.
