Hearn says Fury refused to fight Usyk without a warm up fight
Fury wanted to fight in March before he could become the undisputed king in the division for the first time in more than two decades.
Fury will instead defend his heavyweight title against Dillian Whyte, who is his mandatory challenger.
After step-aside money was made impossible, Usyk will now face Anthony Joshua.
