How Conor McGregor and Jake Paul compare financially and physically
McGregor, a MMA star, laughed at the call-out and called Paul a "flop" while mocking the pay per view numbers for his two last fights.
Paul, however, was not amused by the criticism and instead trolled Paul over his broken leg.
The Problem Child stated: "You shouldn’t have f d [with me], Conor. This is my game. There is a new king in town. I'm running s**t right now.
"Last year when I won knockout, you were getting knocked down.
"Fix your calcium deficiencies - not breaking bones. Let's go to the f ****g Ring and make $200 Million.
"Conor, it doesn't matter how you look at it, we are just not on the exact same level. I am my boss. Yes, PS100m was won by Floyd [Mayweather] when you fought Floyd [Mayweather], but Dana White took half.
Conor, if we were net worth for net wealth, I would s**t you.
McGregor may be more wealthy than Paul, but the numbers suggest otherwise.
McGregor's net worth is estimated to be PS169million. Paul's, however, is believed to be PS25million.
Paul, 25, was determined to have a big McGregor fight in 2020. He didn't stop trying to get McGregor into a bout.
However, the former Disney star has cooled his interest in this bout after Dustin Poirier's back-toback defeats last year.
Paul would love to share the UFC's poster child's ring.
During an appearance on The MMA Hour he stated: "I think that fighting a few more times, continuing knocking some people out, is what I believe for me."
"And he must get active again, who knows when?
"I believe these two things must happen and then it has to happen at some point."
He said, "You know what? He's a businessman and I'm a businessman. That's $75-100 million [PS63m–PS84.3m] for both of us."
McGregor, 33 years old, is now in the final stages in recovering from the terrible broken leg that he sustained in his fight with Poirier in July.
Paul is preparing to take on Hasim Rahman Jr at Madison Square Garden in August 6.
