Jake Paul mocked Gervonta and Canelo Alvarez for being 'clowns'
He tweeted, "7-0 Fury isn't enough for my 5th fight. I'm fighting either Javier Martinez or Hector Lopez next!" You can!
"Hector, "Tanks' 8th opponent", came in at 0-0 and was retired at 0-1.
"Hector was an MMAer, who was 2-0 Javier Was Canelos' 10th opponent. He entered the fight 0-0 and then retired at 0-1. #Clowns
Paul, 24, may be near to announcing a fight against Fury, the brother of heavyweight champion Tyson.
SunSport believes that December 18 in Miami is the target date.
Paul's tweet is an indirect response to critics of his boxing record following four fights.
In his 2020 debut, he beat an online opponent, 'AnEsonGib,' ex-NBA star Nate Robinson (37), and then retired UFC Welterweight Ben Askren (37).
He recently defeated former UFC champion Tyron Whiteley in eight rounds.
Fury, 22 years old, defeated Anthony Taylor, 32-year-old sparring partner, to set up the celebrity grudge match.
Paul called out Floyd Mayweather's protégée Davis, 26, and No1 Canelo (31-year-old), before they appeared on his 13-man 'hit-list.
Davis will fight Rolando Romero (26), on December 5. At the press conference, Davis referred to the lightweight fighter as a clown and called him "a Jake Paul."
Paul retorted online: "This clown doubles your purse in my fourth fight.. this clown doubles your PPV purchases.. and is twice your height.
"Gervonta should have fought me in kindergarten, when we were the same height."
Davis, who was 26 when he became the PPV's headliner against Mario Barrios sold a reported 215,000, while Paul made over 500,000 with Woodley.
