KSI and Deji Settle Their Differences on Sidemen Podcast
KSI, known for his YouTube and boxing career, made headlines recently when he made an outrageous £1MILLION bet with his brother Deji during a recording of the Sidemen podcast. The brothers were joined by boxing promoter Eddie Hearn, who witnessed the intense wager.
The Stakes Are High: £1 Million on the Line
The bet revolved around Deji's physical transformation. KSI, who has been critical of his brother's dedication to boxing in the past, challenged Deji to have abs by the end of next year. If Deji achieves this impressive feat, KSI has agreed to give him a staggering £1 million.
A Handshake Seals the Deal
With Eddie Hearn looking on, Deji walked over to KSI and shook hands to officially accept the bet. There was some debate about whether a six or eight-pack was necessary to win, but they ultimately settled on six-pack abs. KSI emphasized that he needed to be able to see the abs, and Deji would need to post evidence online for everyone to witness.
The History between KSI and Eddie Hearn
Eddie Hearn is no stranger to KSI's boxing career. He worked with KSI for his professional boxing debut against Logan Paul in 2019, which ended in a split-decision victory for KSI. Despite their initial rivalry, KSI and Hearn have become friends and business partners, collaborating on their successful drinks company Prime.
Controversy and Redemption
KSI's boxing journey has had its ups and downs. In October, he faced a controversial loss to Tommy Fury, leaving many questioning the decision. Hearn himself believed KSI should have won the fight, stating that Fury had a point deducted during the match. Despite this setback, KSI plans to appeal the defeat and continue his boxing career.
It seems KSI and Deji's bet is just another example of the competitive spirit that drives these two brothers. Only time will tell if Deji can meet the challenge and claim the £1 million prize.
