Usyk Enlists the Help of Giant Serbian Boxer
Oleksandr Usyk is leaving no stone unturned in his preparation for his highly anticipated fight against Tyson Fury. The Ukrainian boxer has brought in Sanel Hasanovic, a towering 6ft 8½ins Serbian heavyweight, for intense sparring sessions. Hasanovic, with a record of 7-1-1 and six knockouts, took to Instagram to express his belief in Usyk's victory over Fury. Usyk has also recruited Kazakh fighter Nursultan Amanzholov to replicate Fury's towering 6ft 9in frame.
Fury Responds with a Host of Skilled Southpaws
Not one to back down from a challenge, Tyson Fury has assembled a team of skilled southpaws to prepare for his bout against Usyk. The Gypsy King has brought in 19-year-old prospect Moses Itauma, 7-0 Irishman Thomas Carty, and is potentially eyeing world champ Jai Opetaia as well. Fury initially faced criticism for enjoying a family holiday in Saudi Arabia, but he has since shifted his focus to his training.
Both Fighters Leave No Room for Error
With the historic unification of all four world title belts on the line, both Usyk and Fury are leaving no room for error in their preparation. Usyk's team has carefully selected over 50 potential sparring partners, with three already signed up to spar with the Ukrainian. However, their names have been kept under wraps to maintain secrecy surrounding Usyk's training camp. The stage is set for an epic showdown between two heavyweight giants.
