Oscar De La Hoya, a legend in boxing, has said that he will offer Gervonta a "multi-millions" of dollars to fight Ryan Garcia.
Tank, 27, has left Floyd Mayweather's promotional group after he retained his WBA title against Rolando Romero.
After beating Rolando Romero
, Davis retains his WBA lightweight belt.
Davis is open to accepting offers for his next fight. De La Hoya, a eleven-time world champion, believes that KingRy Garcia is the ideal opposition.
In an effort to lure the lightweight champ to the ring, he's willing to pay Davis the largest payday of his professional career.
De La Hoya said to TMZ: Tank, I know that you had your last fight against Floyd Mayweather. I respect Floyd Mayweather and believe he did a great job with your career.
"But, I'm willing to make a multi-million-dollar offer to you to fight Ryan Garcia.

"It will be the largest purse Tank Davis has ever won."
"We are ready and willing to split broadcasters so we can have this fight at Showtime PPV or The Zone PPV.

Both fighters are currently unbeaten. Davis holds the WBA lightweight title for more than two years.
Garcia is a rising star of the division. In April, Emmanuel Tagoe was defeated by Garcia after a long break to take care of his mental health.
The pair will fight in a super fight after Garcia faces Javier Fortuna on July 16th.
De La Hoya believes this is a showdown in boxing that fans are ready to wait for, but he did admit that it would be easier if Tank were under his wing at Golden Boy.
He said, "If Tank Davis were under Golden Boy Promotions this fight would be simple to make.
It can be difficult to deal with other broadcasters and promoters.
"But because Golden Boy is easy-going and Ryan Garcia really wants to fight, I can see this fight happening fairly soon."
Eddie Hearn, Matchroom chief, has said he would "love" Davis to his ever-growing stable.
After a "family emergency", Mayweather was unable to attend Tank's fight against Romero.
Davis won the New York fight, destroying Rollie with a devastating left-hand KO.
