Wladimir Klitschko was defeated by Tyson Fury in 2015.

Undefeated Fury defeated the legendary Ukrainian in Germany to become champion for the first-time.

He was not content with his win.

He posted a photo of himself with the belts on Twitter, along with the following: "Never judge anyone by their exterior appearance.

"I looked like the top of the world
?
, but I was actually dying inside." #mentalhealth #JUSTASK."

Fury, now 32 years old, was diagnosed in 2016 with bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Fury gained 28 stone despite suffering from depression and eventually succumbing to cocaine and alcohol abuse.

Fury, with the support of his wife Paris, has made an amazing recovery and is now trying to spread awareness about mental health.

He shared his personal experiences with the BBC last year, saying: "I had an anxiety attack that was so severe that I ended up in hospital."

"A few people came to see me, and I was delirious. I was unwell for 2 months. I was afraid of everything. Because I was too afraid to live alone, my dad moved in with me. The light was too bright for me to sleep.

Fury's turning point was a 2017 Halloween night out.

He said, "I had a drink and looked around at all the young children - university-aged kids - and thought, what is your point? I finished the beer and headed home.

"I started crying for twenty minutes, asking for help. "I poured out my heart and got up from the floor. I felt like a new man."

Fury's win over Deontay wilder last year was the culmination of one of the sport's greatest comebacks.

Then he concluded that he had to admit that despite my behavior at times, and the long-term battle with depression, a lot of it was denial.

"I know how dark it can be, but I also know that there is light and there is hope.

Fury will be back in action in October when he hopes to end his trilogy with Deontay wilder in Las Vegas.
