FRANK WARREN claims Dillian Whyte will be out of the heavyweight title race if he doesn't sign the PS30million contract to fight Tyson Fury before the week ends.
The WBC awarded the Brixon challenger, 33 years old, only 20% of the purse. This is a basic PS6million. They also set Saturday as the deadline to return the signed contract.

Fans have wondered if Whyte is keeping silent during the build-up to the event, or if Eddie Hearn has offered him a career alternative.
Warren, who won the purse bid for Queensberry with a record-breaking figure, told bitter rival Hearn that it was his choice.
Warren stated, "If he does not sign, he's out." "Those were the terms and conditions of the purse bid.
"Why would he not sign?" It makes no sense to him not sign when he's getting a huge purse.
"From the date of the purse bid there was 21 days to lodge the contract regardless of Eddie Hearn's statements.
"We are not dealing with Hearn. We're dealing Dillian Whyte’s lawyer. Hearn has no involvement, unless we're informed otherwise.
"We have been dealing and negotiating together with his lawyer, and that's all."
Hearn's Matchroom and DAZN, a broadcasting app and company that provides matchroom services, came in second place in the two-horse purse competition. They had no involvement in the fight.
Warren is furious that Fury has not been able to show up at the Wembley showdown on April 23, and continues to be bombarded by questions.
Bob Arum's Top Rank promoter, Hall-of Famer Bob Hearn, said that "Hearn has a lot to say, he said Tyson wasn't going to fight Deontay wilder the first time."
"He said that he was not going to show up. He doesn't believe him to show-up."
"He said that we wouldn’t win the purse bid and we wouldn’t put any money into it.
"He says a lot of things all the time, but, to be honest, he has nothing to do whatsoever with this fight. It's all irrelevant.

"The fight is a tri-way affair, it's Queensberry Top Rank, Tyson Fury and Tyson Fury. That's all that matters and that's what it's about.
Hearn sends out a lot of stuff that confuses people. The facts are the facts."
Arum, the Las Vegas legend, is now 90 years old and still fighting over mega-money fight contracts. Hearn also took the blame for Hearn's love of the spotlight, which led to fights falling apart.
Muhammad Ali's ex-fight maker once said that he "just won't shut down."
"He has all these guys in America who don't have any fans, and can't even draw their breath."
