TYSON FURY already placed a wager with his trainer about which round he would beat Oleksandr Uzyk in.
Fury is aiming to fight Usyk at the first undisputed heavyweight title decider.
Tyson Fury with Sugarhill Steward, his coach
SugarHill Steward, the WBC champion unbeaten, and the coach of the champion are insistent that the historic unification bout will not reach the halfway mark.
Fury said to SecondsOut, "Me and Sugarhillsteward are both convinced that it's a good performance if it runs six rounds."
"I will cut him down within six hours, for certain. Sugar believes I'll get him down in four. We have a wager on which one will be done first.
Fury, 34 years old, had previously retired after knocking out Dillian Howte (also 34) in April. However, it appears that he has confirmed his boxing return.
This comes amid discussions to face Usyk (35), who defeated Anthony Joshua (32) on points for the second consecutive time in 11 month.
The Ukrainian government has decided to stop fighting until next year, despite Fury's desire to return in December.
After having fled his homeland to train during Russia's invasion, Usyk wants to rest and recuperate with his loved ones.
Fury, however, isn't content to wait until next year and said he would announce his return fight in the NEXT WEEK.
He stated that Usyk called me out after his fight with Joshua. I replied, "Let's fight this year, wherever they want it."
"I have been waiting for offers from other countries, but suddenly Usyk stated that he does not want to fight anymore, he wants fight next year, not now.
"So, I'm not going around waiting for anyone, I'm announcing next week a fight."
Oleksandr Usyk is out of fighting for at least the next year
