Gary Neville, Manchester United's icon, spoke to Fury on The Overlap YouTube channel. Fury discussed the possibility of fighting Joshua, 31.

He stated that he believed the best boxers eventually fight each other, but not when everyone wants it to.

It only happens when one boxer is on the slide and one is in his prime. You can get them to want to fight each other.

"But it is very rare to have two prime fighters fighting each other." Because one of them is always wary that they will lose.

Fans of boxing are eager to see Fury and Joshua fight for the undisputed title next year in a huge heavyweight match.

Fury must defeat American Deontay wilder in their trio fight on October 9, before he can start planning for Joshua.

AJ will have to defend his belts against Oleksandr Usyk, an undisputed ex-champion of cruiserweight on September 25.

Fury then asked Joshua about his boxing history, and Fury replied: "Anthony Joshua has not fought one heavyweight in its prime."

AJ has defeated many big names in his career, including Joseph Parker, Andy Ruiz Jr, Andy Ruiz Jr, and Wladimir Klitschko.

The 41-year-old was already in decline when he met Joshua two years prior to Fury's end of his long reign as the world champion.

Deontay Wilder is also a victory for the Gypsy King, who is widely considered to be one of the best heavyweight fighters.

Fury is also worried that a fight between Joshua and him will not happen, even though AJ has repeatedly called out his British counterpart.

Fury said, "I never believed that AJ would happen." They knew that all this was going on behind the scenes.

Joshua and Eddie Hearn both knew it. They all knew it. It's all of a sudden my fault, I'm a s***house.

"I don’t believe the fight will happen. Since we were 22 years of age, we have been trying to fight each other. I am now 33.
