Fury's Shiner Takes a Turn for the Worse

Less than a week after his fight with Francis Ngannou, Tyson Fury's black eye is looking considerably worse. The WBC heavyweight champion was knocked down in the third round of the controversial clash, but ultimately won via split decision.

Showing Off the Battle Scar

Fury stepped out in Morecambe with his wife Paris, proudly displaying his war wound. The childhood sweethearts took their jet-black Rolls Royces for a spin, enjoying a day off.

Undisputed Title Fight Delayed

Fury's lackluster performance against Ngannou has caused a delay in his historic undisputed title fight with Oleksandr Usyk. The fight, originally scheduled for December 23, has been pushed back to February. Co-promoter Frank Warren confirmed that the fight will happen before March 2 and will be for the undisputed title and all four belts.

Recovery Time and Training

Warren cited Fury's bruising, along with his 12-week camp and new baby, as reasons for the delayed fight. Fury needs a couple of weeks off before beginning his six-week training for the showdown with Usyk.
