He was a star boxer for 21 years.

Tyson Fury, however, rescued him in 2015. In 2015, the Gypsy King shocked the world when he facilitated a unanimous points decision in Germany to dethrone Klitschko.

Joshua had included a rematch clause in the contract, but the Ukrainian decided not to pursue it and gave up.

Klitschko, now 45, looks in great shape. He shared a sparring clip via his Instagram Stories.

Dr Steelhammer, looking agile on his feet and bulging biceps, danced around the ring -- although his sparring partner was not going to hell for leather.

Klitschko and the Brit have been good friends ever since his defeat to AJ 2017

Klitschko is confident that his former foe Oleksandr Usyk can win the fight despite Joshua's defeat in October.

Sky Sports reported that he said: "We have seen AJ challenge.

"I can remember what happened." In the 13 months between 2003 and 2004, I lost two fights.

To bounce back? To become one of the longest-reigning champions.

"AJ can have his time absolutely. It's all about how you overcome the challenge.
