ANDERSON SILVA gave Tito Ortiz his first-class seat on a plane, despite having knocked him down cold only a few hours before.
After Silva's defeat of Ortiz in the first round, the UFC rivals had climbed on the same plane. However, Amber, Amber's girlfriend from the UFC was denied a seat in first class because the airline made a mistake.
After their fight, Silva gave Ortiz his plane seat and Silva was generous with it
But Silva was not going to leave Ortiz and his companion apart, and instead kindly allowed Amber to have her ticket.
Ortiz, his rival, was touched by the Brazilian's gesture of kindness and thanked him.
Ortiz stated, according to talkSPORT: "He just gave up his first-class ticket in Amber's favor to sit here."
"The airline made a mistake and Anderson Silva was forced to give up his seat to Amber so that he could sit next to me.
"Anderson Silva, you are the man, dude. It was a great gesture, and I am grateful. Amazing man. He deserves nothing but respect.
"Even after the fight he gave up and let Amber sit there. Thank you, Anderson, I appreciate it. Mad respect, dude."
Silva, however, didn't show Ortiz the same kindness last weekend when they met in a ring.
The fight was ending just as it was beginning with Ortiz being sent sprawling to the ground by the 'Spider'. He started the fight with a vicious right hand and then two lefts.
Ortiz didn't even try to get up as the referee stopped Ortiz from entering the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Hollywood, Florida.
The ex-UFC middleweight champion even went out of his comfort zone and box Ortiz in this fight.
Fans should still celebrate Ortiz's victory over him, as he claimed that it was the last time he will likely step into the ring.
