JAKE PAUL won his greatest win as a professional boxer when he beat Tyron Woodley. However, he had to overcome some scares.
The YouTuber turned prizefighter boxed his eight-round win against Woodley to earn points. Woodley was UFC champion three years ago.

Although the cruiserweight attraction was not always intense and high-quality at times, it was still gripping.
Paul was criticised for not being stern enough with his competition. He displayed a smart range-finding jab, distance control, and calm over the distance.
Woodley let the fight slide round by round and didn't show enough urgency.
The judges gave it a split decision after the fight. Paul was declared the winner in Cleveland, Ohio.
He stated that he had been boxing for 18 years. I have not been to the dentist in two years, and I've barely had my hair cut.
"My nose and teeth are crooked. I've dedicated the past 18 months to this.
"I haven’t stopped, but I think I might need a moment to relax and discover who I really am. Although I am only 24 years old, I am still growing and learning.
"I'm experiencing ups and downs, and I make mistakes. I am going through ups, downs. But I am keeping my head straight, and we'll all see.
Woodley, 39 years old, ran out of the corner with an overhand right and lunged in, easily telegraphed.
Paul, 24, used feints from an early age and had a smart jab. He even landed a three-punch combination as a capstone to a cagey opening.
The social media sensation was boxed in the second behind a jab. Woodley threatened, but did not attack, and the two were largely on the backfoot.
Paul took control of the ex-UFC welterweight, despite his reluctance at letting go. He also landed a combo to head & body just before the bell rang.
Woodley was able to find his home with a huge right hand in the third round. This prompted him to throw three punches back at him.
Paul scored next with a right elbow, the most striking shot of the fight to that point.
As we entered the fourth, a pattern was beginning to form until Woodley rocked Paul. This sparked the fight into existence.
The former celebrity vlogger was hurt by a big right hand and a left hook. This was his first bout in boxing.
Woodley then decided to gesture to the crowd to show Paul that he had overcome all obstacles in the ring.
The fifth round continued where the first ended. Woodley scored a right uppercut and followed it up with a rearhand down the middle.
Paul finished the round by punching back, but it was obvious that the tide was turning.
Both fighters appeared to be slowing down at the sixth. Paul decided to let go of his hands, but nothing was landed.
Round seven was his last round, but he felt it still. He managed to keep the distance at a manageable distance using a smart jab. Woodley posed and feinted, but didn't throw.
Paul completed the round by placing his right hand on the top of the table to claim the title once again.
He did a great job of seeing the fight through to the end by staying in the distance and circling around to the ring to keep the fight alive.
Both men were split after the announcement. Woodley demanded a rematch.
He stated that if it was the second largest pay-per view, then round two would be even bigger.
"I feel like I won this fight. Jake is a great opponent. This is why I am in such great shape.
"It is absurd that one judge gave me two rounds." I don't mean any disrespect but I think Jake and Jake should run Fury back.
The fighters bet that the loser would get their name tattooed after the fight.
Paul, who was at 4-0, insists that Woodley should go through with it and that he would be able to win a rematch.
He said, "Get the tattoo, and we'll return it. You won't go anywhere if we have the tattoo artist right there.
"Wipe off the sweat and shave your legs, because I'm fucking putting Jake Paul on my leg and we can go it back."
