McGregor, 33 years old, broke his fibula and tibia in the final seconds of the Sin City Series decider.
The Irishman is now able to walk with the aid of a cane after recently getting back on his feet.
In a recent Instagram Story, he revealed the scarring that the surgery left.
McGregor's surgery seems to have been a success. However, it's still early days.
However, the UFC's main man is making a quicker recovery than expected and feels confident in his ability to kick again.

The Dubliner said, "I was upset for quite a while." It was not easy, you know exactly what I mean.
"There have been some ups and downs in this [journey].

"It wasn't all smooth sailing but I made it through. My family and close friends were always there for me.
"And we are getting there. "We still have a lot to do.
UFC supremo Dana White was stunned by McGregor's speedy recovery and told the Australian Daily Telegraph that Conor appears to be doing well.
"The question is when can he kick again?"
"If he could kick, then he would be looking at fighting before the end of this year again. So it all depends on how quickly that leg heals."
