Anderson Silva's boxing coach has slammed Jake Paul, saying that if he takes on UFC legends next, he will 'pay dearly.

Anderson Silva's boxing coach has warned JAKE PAUL that he will "pay dearly," if he takes on the UFC legend next.

Silva is one of the top contenders for the YouTuber-turned-boxer's return in the ring on august 13.

Luiz Carlos Dorea, a Brazilian boxing trainer, doubts that Paul will accept a sanctioned professional bout.

Dorea said to MMA Fighting, "He must think about an exhibition. If he is considering an official fight, I believe he will be very disappointed.

It's all valid in promoting. While he's doing his bit, he's using his tongue. However, you can't use it inside the ring.

"You must use your fists and it's another story. Anderson is much better.

PAUL FOR IT

Jake Paul, 25, was allowed to fight Silva (47), in California despite the age gap

Silva, 47, has seen a resurgence of interest in boxing after leaving the UFC in 2020.

Since then, he has won three bouts, including a win over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., former WBC champion.

His most recent match was against Bruno Machado (35), MMA lightweight, on Floyd Mayweather’s most recent Undercard.

Paul, 25 years old, reacted by saying he would defeat Silva and Mayweather (45) in the SAME NIGHT.

Coach Dorea replied: "You must laugh, right?" You have to laugh. Jake Paul is doing his part to promote.

It's clear that he cannot face Mayweather, one the greatest boxers of all-time, or Anderson, another legend. He has never fought a striking fighter."

Paul was criticized for his opponent's record and not being able to face a pro boxer.

After Tommy Fury (23), pulled out, he fought Tyron Woodley in December.

Woodley was defeated by him, who had previously defeated him on points in August.

It was KOs that were won over gamer AnEsonGib, an ex-NBA player Nate Robinson (37), and Ben Askren (37), respectively.

Silva, a veteran in the ring as well as Paul, continues to improve.

Dorea said that Anderson had always been a boxer when he was fighting MMA. He was a good striker, with excellent boxing and Muay Thai.

BUZZ OFF

This is a simple way to keep pesky flies out of your home.

Anderson has been improving a lot over the past two years, despite having only done three boxing matches and trained specifically for these.

He's more confident with his movements and defense. He was a great boxer for MMA and now he puts on a show. His level is amazing."
