According to Colby Covington, TYRON WOODLEY was allegedly 'paid to keep back' from Jake Paul in the UFC.
Covington, 33 years old, was not convinced that the YouTuber won the fight in August.
Paul won the points battle despite Woodley's attempts to KO him on YouTube.
Paul, 24 years old, won his fourth professional bout via split decision.
Woodley rocked him in the fourth round, but he seemed to hesitate when he was given the opportunity to knock out the online personality.
It was scored by the judges 77-75 and 79-74 in Paul's favor.
Covington, a welterweight ace, is not having any of it.
He said to MMA News that he had been hurt by Woodley and was concussed in the fourth.
"Literally, nearly fell out of the ring. He kind of held him up.
"He didn’t try to finish him there. It was certainly a work.
"You know Tyron was paid to keep his distance and not go on about'snake Paul'.
Woodley was paid to dive, and that was an honest statement.
"So, not much you can think of him at work when someone is able to make a lot of money from YouTube or Disney."
It is not clear that Woodley was paid to fight.
After three rounds of tense opening, Woodley took control and began to take the initiative.
Things settled down towards the end of the eighth round.
Paul was hurt and rocked in the fourth round of his "boxing career". With just a minute remaining, Woodley, 39 entered the fray and began swinging.
Woodley, who was the shorter of both men, rammed a large right hook into Paul’s head.
The YouTuber was shocked and fell back into the ropes while trying to stay upright.
SHOWBOATING
He chose to wave his hand to the crowd to get them moving, rather than go for the fatal blow.
Paul was able to take a deep breath and recovered to finish the round.
Fans believed that Woodley was told not to knock Paul out by this reason.
Next up, Paul will face Tommy Fury. The pair are set to meet in Tampa on December 18, Florida.
John Fury dismissed any suggestion that his son would get involved in anything.
The 57-year old Tyson's father, the heavyweight champion Tyson, blasted that people think Tommy is getting paid to lose. They are joking.
"A Fury would prefer to be killed than go down this road."
Tommy holds an unbeaten 7-0 record.
