Lipsett spent three days at the villa of Love Island in 2015 and was seen meeting McGregor on the street. They shared a photo together.
Dee Devlin, his wife and three of their children - Conor Jr., Croia, 3 and Rian, 1 - also shared some photos on Instagram.
This is after McGregor and Dee were spotted giving each other "walking talking” massages in Majorca on Tuesday.
According to reports, the family is staying on a yacht in Port Adriano.
McGregor continues to train, even though he is enjoying a relaxing time in Spain.
He is currently in the final stages in recovering from the severe broken leg that he sustained in his fight with Dustin Pourier in July.
McGregor, 34 years old, has recently returned to kick with his injured leg, although it is not yet at the level that McGregor needs to resume his UFC career.
McGregor posted a series of training photos from Majorca to Instagram. He wrote: "If your leg can't be held straight at high kick level, and you don't have control and balance here, then you won't be able to kick at the highest level."
"I can't kick at the level that I know how to kick it. But I know where I need go. Combat is only half won if you are aware of your surroundings.
It seemed that the UFC's poster child was on track to make a comeback to the cage this autumn.
He is not expected to return to action until the beginning of next year, when he won't have fought in 18 months.
McGregor defeated Donald Cerrone in just 40 seconds in January 2020, his last UFC win.
He has been defeated twice by Poirier since then - in the second round TKO in Jan 2021 and in the summer of 2018.
