A DJ from Italy claims Conor McGregor punched him in the face just seconds after they had a drink.
Francesco Facchinetti claims that the UFC star was "completely out-of-control" and'seemed to want to kill him' in Rome.
McGregor, 41 years old, is currently facing assault charges. However, McGregor insists that he doesn't want McGregor to go to jail.
MailOnline spoke to Facchinetti, who said that they were speaking in a friendly way and then he screamed at me.
"We were enjoying a drink and everything was going well when suddenly he changed. He punched me in the face with his right arm, just a few feet from me.
"I flew backwards and crashed into the table.
"I was shocked. My wife was shocked when there was so much blood. She started screaming and hysterically screaming.
"One of her bodyguards tried calm her down, but two people immediately jumped upon McGregor and dragged his away."
Police were called to investigate a scuffle between the UFC legend and the two men while they were attending an event at St Regis Hotel in Rome.
McGregor, 33, along with his partner Dee Devlin, were in Italy for a few short days to witness the christening in the Vatican of their youngest child Rian.
However, the trip is set to end on a low note with Facchinetti (39) and Wilma Faissol (39) making allegations to their 1.5million combined Instagram followers.
Facchinetti uploaded a video reliving the incident, and showed off his lip cuts.
Wilma also posted a series Instagram stories in which she accused the fighter of attacking her husband. She claimed that Notorious could have killed her.
It is not clear what caused the alleged melee.
SunSport reached out to McGregor's team in an effort to get their opinion on the incident.
According to Italian Police, they arrived on the scene at 5.30 a.m. after the incident.
McGregor was not spoken of by police but "may be in the coming days".
Facchinetti said that there was no reason for him lash out at my, and it was completely unprovoked. He is a bully."
McGregor was previously in trouble after punching a man in The Marble Arch Pub, Dublin in August 2019.
After Desmond Keogh (50) refused to have a shot of whiskey, the UFC allegedly struck him.
Notorious was convicted for assault and sentenced to pay a PS860 fine. Then, he spent PS1.75million on the purchase of the pub.
McGregor still has to recover from the severe broken leg that he sustained in his first round loss to Dustin Poirier.
