COLBY COVINGTON will face Jorge Masvidal, a former teammate in a highly anticipated grudge match THIS WEEKEND.
The feud dates back to 2018, and the two welterweight opponents will now be the main event at UFC 272 in Las Vegas.
Covington missed his chance to win the UFC Welterweight Championship last November when he lost narrowly to Kamara Usman.
Masvidal suffered consecutive losses thanks to Usman, so both fighters hope to revive their careers.

What have you heard?
Jorge Masvidal stated: "It started with this piece of s*** not being paid my coach $12,500 to fight that my coach coached him throughout his entire f ****** life.
"Then, when he was finally able to pay the $12,500 back, he didn’t so I went out and paid my coach from my own pocket. It was almost like I was going to f*** with him at some point.
"You don't know what you are going to get if you don’t pay the money. Keep smiling, little b ****,. I cannot wait to get those fake teeth out. He's not a s*** to tell you, he's a broken b ****."
Colby Covington replied with "It's false news, Stephen, it's fake media." Jorge Masvidal's statements are a fabrication.
He's all talk and no walk, so you can't believe what he says. He's making a lot of money for Cowboys, but he's not doing anything.
"I got my pay check that night, half the amount they said. The commission said I earned twice as much. I got half of that."
