McGregor vs. Chandler Delayed
The much-anticipated UFC comeback clash between Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler has hit another roadblock. The fight, tentatively scheduled for the promotion's end-of-year card on December 16, has been pushed back until 2024.
No Update from the UFC President
UFC President Dana White has provided no update on the specific date for McGregor vs. Chandler. Speaking recently, White stated that he has "nothing" on either fighter and has been saying for a while that McGregor will fight next year.
Chandler's Patience
Michael Chandler, who has been patiently waiting for the biggest fight of his career, may have to wait a little longer. The delay has been attributed to McGregor's absence from the USADA testing pool. However, according to White, if Chandler gets antsy, the UFC will figure something out.
McGregor Ready to Go
Despite the setbacks, Conor McGregor is eager to return to the Octagon. After recovering from his horrific broken leg suffered in his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier in July, McGregor is back in the gym and training. White expects to see McGregor fighting next year.

White Confident in McGregor vs. Chandler
While the finalization of the McGregor vs. Chandler fight may have been delayed, White remains confident it will eventually happen. He believes not making the fight would be "ridiculous" and is hopeful that it can be arranged for early next year.
