McGregor and Devlin flew to Spain with dozens family members and friends to celebrate the 34th birthday of the Dubliner.
McGregor celebrated his 34th birthday with the long-term couple in Spain.
Devlin posted a touching tribute to McGregor via Instagram.

Devlin posted a touching tribute on Instagram to her long-time partner, along with photos of the couple.
She wrote: "Happy birthday Daddy, I love and cherish you so much."
Devlin also shared photos of McGregor's extravagant birthday party, which featured an amazing UFC Octagon cake.
McGregor and Devlin were also treated to a red carpet reception on the famous Ocean Beach in Ibiza.
Wayne Lineker, the brother of TV presenter Gary Lineker and football legend Gary Lineker, owns Ocean Beach.
Lineker greeted McGregor and his entourage before they were led through the beach club to get to their table.
McGregor was not content with his performance. He got into an argument with a fan who tried to throw a punch at him.
Instagram posted a clip showing the Irish star visibly getting into an argument with the guilty party, before giving the thumbs up to him.
As he continued to express his disgust at the fan, the UFC ace proceeded to stomp the hat.
McGregor celebrated his birthday on board his yacht, with his wife and his three children.
The former featherweight champion and lightweight double-champion is currently undergoing rehabilitation and recovery from the broken leg that he sustained against Dustin Poirier last Summer.
McGregor seems to be getting closer to a return date after he has intensified his training.
Rumours suggest that he could return to the Octagon in late 2023 or early 2023.
