"I felt more positive than ever during training. I was filled with good energy, positivity, and great people. But I knew that if it wasn't in the cage, it would be my last fight.
"I don't mean it in a negative way. I just feel that there's more for me.
"It's now time to end this chapter in my life. It's really sad that I've devoted the last 20 years of my life to it, but it's also time to move on to something better."
