Mike Tyson, a legend in boxing, has asked Conor McGregor not to fight the big boys of the lightweight division when he returns from the UFC.
McGregor, 33 years old, is close to a record-breaking return to the cage. He broke his leg in 2012 and has been linked with fights against the elite 155lb division.
Conor McGregor is still recovering from his broken leg.
Tyson, the former undisputed heavyweight champion, does not want to see The Notorious, who is currently on a two-fight skid, jump back into action for his comeback bout.
Iron Mike stated that after a loss, it is a good idea to do a few fights to get your feet firmly on the ground.
"Conor, I believe you should increase your confidence and do what you love: Win excitingly."
Following his shocking knockout of Tony Ferguson, Michael Chandler, three-time Bellator lightweight champion is now on McGregor's hitlist.

Tyson doesn't like McGregor's return fight, saying that it's a difficult fight.
"He is a warrior. He doesn't care if he loses. He fights hard. He's tough to beat.
"No big-time guy. Let him get three fights to build his confidence again. Each fight is a step up for the opponent.
McGregor has not tasted victory since his 40 second demolition of Donald Cerrone, a battle-weathered fighter at UFC 246 in Jan 2020.

He stated that even if he wins the fight, he will be hurt in the next one, and he won't be able to fight the next fight.
"You have to accumulate your experience, so you fight three more times, and then you feel good. The last two men are very qualified opponents. Now you can go back out there."
McGregor, who is currently in the final stages after sustaining a broken leg in his fight with Dustin Pourier last July, was looking forward to a return to the Octagon in the summer.
UFC chief Dana White believes that the Dubliner will be back in action by the fall at the earliest.
