He also won three other knockout victories against KSI's friend AnEsonGib, an ex-NBA star Nate Robinson (37), and Ben Askren (37).
British rapper and social media sensation KSI - realname Olajide Olayinka Wil Olatunji – predicted that Paul would lose in all three.
He has now changed his tune, and he is predicting that Woodley will win.
On YouTube, he said: "I believe Jake Paul's going to win. He wins every time I have said Jake Paul's going to lose.
The same thing happens with crypto. It tanks because I feel bullish. Jake Paul is going to win. He will absolutely destroy Tyron Woodley.
"Do you think he should win?" He keeps winning and I've never wanted him to win.
Do your thing, innit? You're in your element when you do your thing. You are in the moment.
Paul, 24 years old, recently added KSI, 28 to his 13-man boxing hit-list', which he first revealed SunSport.
Since beating his brother Deji in an exhibition in 2018, he has been a rival to the Londoner.
KSI drew that night with Logan, Jake's older brother, but won the rematch a decade later, when they became professional.
He was able to meet Paul through it, but the coronavirus pandemic prevented that from happening.
KSI has made a commitment to return to the ring, and will fight Austin McBroom (29), in a warm-up for Paul.
