McGregor lost control following a horrendous leg injury sustained in his July trilogy bout against Dustin Poirier.
Jake Paul asks Conor McGregor not to "go crazy" and lose his ***' in boxing matches
The Irishman threatened Poirier with the death penalty and lied to his wife that he was messaging him privately via Instagram.
Paul, a YouTuber, plans to cause a similar meltdown in McGregor's absence if they ever share the ring.
He said to MMAFighting, "He kind of lost that spunk. I think that people are kinda second-guessing him."
"He's different Conor, that's certain. It's less interesting. But, I still want to beat him up.
"I want him to panic in the ring, go insane and lose his ***.
"It would be funny to watch him fall apart, as he did against Dustin Puirier." It's still a huge fight, by the way."
McGregor (33) beat Poirier (32), in 2014. However, he was eliminated in the rematch in Jan.
The trio bout ended in chaos when he broke his right tibia just seconds before the end.
McGregor was thus defeated by doctor stoppage. This was his third UFC fight.
Paul, however, is 3-0 as an amateur boxer by knockout and is still interested to fight the UFC poster boy, in spite of his losing streak.
He stated that Conor is the face of the fighting game, regardless of what anyone may say about him.
"I don’t hate the guy. Does he like me? But you must respect him. But, I have said that I would fight him to the death and take him out.
"Because A), it would be a big fight and big business, and B) give people what they want.
"This is one of the most talked-about fights that took place in the last year.
"I believe it still makes sense, regardless of whether he wins or loses. People want to see that."
Paul, 24 vs. ex-UFC champion Tyron Whiteley, 39 on August 29.
He has already won over online rival AnEsonGib, ex-NBA star Nate Robinson, and most recently retired UFC Welterweight Ben Askren.
His viral KO wins for Robinson and Askren (both 37) were featured on Pay-per-Views that sold more than 1 million copies.
Paul stated, "That's why I have a career that is completely different." It's such a unique situation.
"No fighter has ever sold so many pay-per view tickets and attracted as much attention at 3-0.
"I am building my career in a different way, while still challenging myself to be the best prizefighter in the entire world."
