YouTuber Paul surprised everyone earlier in the month when he beat Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition bout.
After the fight, he met with Silva, UFC's middleweight icon, to discuss possible fights in September.
According to MMA Fighting the Brazilian fighter, 46, will face Ortiz (also 46) on September 11 under Triller's Fight Club' banner.
The main event will feature Oscar De La Hoya (48), against Vitor Belfort (44), who was once champion of the UFC.
Triller, a social media app, made a splash last year in boxing with Mike Tyson (55), making a comeback against Roy Jones Jr., 52.
They also had Jake Paul's fights. The last one was against Ben Askren (37), in April.
Logan, his brother, has been searching for his next opponent since Mayweather (44), won all eight rounds.
His manager confirmed that Silva was in talks. Silva is now 2-1 as boxer.
However, Ortiz has confirmed via Twitter that his next fight is in the bag.
He tweeted, "The fight has been signed!"
Ortiz fought in MMA for the first time two years ago. He defeated Alberto El Patron, otherwise known as Alberto Del Rio.
He is now ready to make his UFC debut in boxing, becoming the third former champion under the Triller banner.
