Tech mogul Mark Zuckerberg has officially stated that he is moving on from the highly anticipated cage fight with Elon Musk, accusing the Tesla founder of not taking it seriously.
Rival Billionaires and their Twitter Exchange
In June, the billionaire rivals engaged in a Twitter exchange, seemingly agreeing to a physical altercation. Musk tweeted that he was "up for a cage fight," to which Zuckerberg, owner of Instagram, replied with "send me location."

Change of Heart
However, Zuckerberg took to the social media platform Threads to announce his change of heart, stating, "I think we can all agree Elon isn’t serious and it’s time to move on."
Charitable Intentions
Zuckerberg revealed that UFC boss Dana White had offered to turn the fight into a charity event. He said, "I offered a real date, but Elon won’t confirm a date, then says he needs surgery, and now asks to do a practice round in my backyard instead."
Tensions Run High
Tensions have been building between the two tech moguls since the launch of Zuckerberg's new conversation app, Threads, which is seen as a competitor to Musk's X (previously known as Twitter).
