Lawler, the beloved, hasn't had victory in more than four years. However, he doesn't worry about being cut.

After four consecutive losses, Ruthless is now ready to enter the contest.

He doesn't think about the possibility of losing his top promotion in mixed martial arts, but he is not worried about it.

SunSport was informed by the Kill Cliff Ambassador: "I'm certainly not worried about that."

"I don't worry about it too much. Every fight is a big fight for me.

"Whether you're the first or second fight of a night, it doesn’t matter where [on the card] you are."

"Every fight is an important one, and you must give your best in every fight.

Lawler does not feel any pressure to win, unlike most fighters who are on a losing streak.

According to the 39-year old, "There is no pressure because it is a fight...simple."

Many mixed martial arts fans have thought about Lawler's motivation to fight well into his thirties, despite a Hall-of-Famer Career.

Like many legends of the sport, he was driven by his passion for competition to make the lonely trek to the octagon.

Future UFC Hall-of-Famer, he said: "I love competing and training my body for something.

"So it's all about enjoying what you do.

"Another thing I do is give back to younger fighters.

"Trying to help people with their everyday lives and teach them some techniques and [guidance]"

Lawler acknowledges that he is not finished with the sport but he does admit that he could move to coaching after he has completed his 20-year-long career.

He stated, "It's definitely what I want to do. That's the essence of sports.

"It's almost like someone taught me these things. It's all about giving. It's a kind of circle of martial arts sports.

"You take everything that others have shown you and give it to someone else.

"And they'll hopefully do the same thing."
