TYRON WOODLEY won't get an 'I Love Jake Paul' tattoo until he's prepared for a rematch.
Woodley and Paul faced off over eight rounds. They agreed that the loser would get the winner's name inked.
Tyron Woodley won't get an "I love Jake Paul" tattoo until he's prepared for a rematch.
The ex-UFC champion was defeated on points and he immediately demanded a rematch in his ring. This was granted provided that the tatoo wager was fulfilled.
Woodley now awaits a contract to fight Paul again before proceeding with the tatoo.
On Instagram Live, he said: "That tattoo situation. The original bet was lost. Get the tattoo."
"In the ring, an entirely new bet was made that I believe is superior to the previous one.
"That bet said that if you get the tattoo, we can return it. We said "Bet" and we shook our hands.
"So that's a bet, and I want to facilitate the rematch. We will get the paperwork.
"You motherf***ers have dumbass tattoos all over your bodies. Hella-dumb.
"For a nice bag there's no one on this live who would ever tell me that they wouldn't do that."
Paul, 24, has moved up to 4-0 in his poloarising and boxing career following what was his largest win to date.
Britain's Tommy Fury is 22-year-old brother to Tyson, world champion and star of Love Island 2019, and is the preferred next opponent for social media stars.
Fury defeated Paul's sparring partner in his undercard fight to move towards a fight of their very own.
Woodley, 39 years old, still wants a rematch, and is confident that there will be at least three fights.
He stated, "It's all part the story. This wouldn't be a trilogy.
"I'm going to f*** him up, then his pride's got to kick in and then we're going back and doing it again. It's going to literally be a whole movie people will talk about for a long time."
