JON JONES is preparing for his long-awaited debut as a heavyweight. He has shown off his lean, mean body.
The ex-pound-for-pound king used his long hiatus to get fit and build muscle before he moved up in weight.
Jon Jones has been preparing for a move to heavyweight for almost two years
Jones weighed in at a staggering 255 lbs, almost TWO STONE more than his walkaround weight while he was competing at light heavyweight.
In a rare training video, however, the UFC Hall of Famer appears to have trimmed his stature.
Jones, 33, posted a clip on his Instagram of Jones going through a tough strength and conditioning workout.
Fans of MMA were quick to react to his larger physique. One tweeted: "He looks great tbh."
