NATE DIAZ has released sparring footage in preparation for his UFC return later this year.
While at camp, Veteran Diaz and Nick Maximov shared a training montage on their YouTube channel.
Maximov, 24 is training to face Nick Maximov (29), in a UFC Fight Night.
Diaz, 36, has not returned to the UFC since his defeat to Leon Edwards (30), at UFC 263 on June.
According to rumours, the American called for a return in the near future.
UFC President Dana White has confirmed that the grudge match is possible and opened the door to it.
White stated that he and his opponent want to fight in a fight, which was a Q&A session for ESPN+ fans. It's also one that they are interested in.
"We just have to figure it out."

They were originally set to fight at UFC 230 in 2018, but it was cancelled. Since then, they have been rivals.
Conor McGregor is also being linked to Diaz, who will be fighting a trio of bouts against him. The two are tied at one in their series.
McGregor, 33 years old, is currently recovering from a broken tibia that he sustained against Poirier (33 in July). White identified Diaz as a possible opponent for McGregor's return.
He stated that it could be. Conor is expected to be back this summer, I believe. However, I am not certain. It all depends on how his leg heals.
"There are a million possibilities that could occur between now and then. It is foolish to speculate. That is why I stopped doing it.
"When McGregor calls me and says he's ready for training 100 percent, then we can start talking about Conor's possibilities."
